I'm stuck in a call with a patient and their internet connection is poor and the call states that it disconnected, but the system won't allow me to initiate a new call because it says I'm in a call with that patient already. A feature to force-end a call and have the patient re-check in to restart the entire encounter may provide a fix.

Jeanne Nesselroth, you should be able to end the call clicking the red phone icon on the menu as shown below. If that is clicked by either the provider or the patient, the call itself is ended.
