Thanks for the comment Alex. We use the NUCC taxonomy, which lists Cardiology under three options. "Internal medicine," "Nuclear medicine," or "Pediatrics" depending on what type of cardiology that is being practiced. These three are on the list, so hopefully one of those works for you.
