Client asked me today if doxy would allow him to do a connection test before his appointment. Is this possible?

Good Afternoon!
We do have a few options available for your clients to test their devices and connections prior to a call. The diagnostic test help article contains several links that should do the trick. If they are already checked into your room, there is a precall test button conveniently in the bottle left of the screen, just like it is for the providers. They can click that and it would run through the test to make sure things are connected ok. I've added a screenshot below just in case.
