When the link is sent to a patient, can you have the field where they are prompted to enter their name to read something to the effect of "Enter your first and last name here"? Reason being, is there are multiple patients with the same first name. We'd like to be able to have the patient pulled up in our scheduling system before picking them up from being transferred to the the FrontDesk to schedule their follow up appointment.

Change suggestion. When patients are signing in, you ask for them to enter their name. However, I only see children. Social workers, foster parents, parents with different names put in their names and I do not have them on my patient list for the day so I waste time sending them messages telling them that they do not have appointments. This is a frequent problem. The prompt would be better as Please enter the patient's name.
