I need to see my waiting room at all times. With this new version it just disappears until I end the call I'm on but I see couples and families and I need to be able to see the waiting room throughout the entire session all the time. Bring that back.

Thank you, Sonja! We agree that the timer experience isn't ideal and my team is working on a fix this week. I want to do everything I can to make the new experience as helpful and intuitive as possible - starting with a fix for the timer and patient queue.
