Consistent and stable connections would be amazing! We never really know what we're going to see on a call, whether latency picks up, signal fades, or the data stream gets throttled due to personal or network usage. As a clinic user, you should have the ability to set your video resolution to help combat these factors. If the connection is super strong and the devices can handle HD, it is available, go for it! But if someone is having a bumpy connection, dropping the call resolution down to Standard Definition (SD) or even Low Definition (LD) may make a big difference in your ability to sustain the connection.
