Provide a ding a or sound when a client enters the waiting room, so that if I'm on another page or not looking at my computer, I know they have arrived.

This is a feature we currently offer. Safari currently does not support this functionality but it appears that you use Chrome. This help article will show you how to enable the browser notifications. I would recommend enabling the text notifications too if you are not part of a shared room. I personally have found those to be just as helpful, especially if I have stepped away for a second.
If you have these settings enabled and they are not working, I would recommend reaching out to our support team to see if they can figure out why it isn't working as expected.
