in the text box allow patient to see "NP in front of a practitioners name. So instead of "Send LastName a Message"

a patient would see "Send NP LastName a message"

Thanks Nancy for your suggestion. You already have complete control of what your patient sees in the text box. Simply go to Account Settings, then Profile tab, then Personal Info. You can then enter the exact way you want your name to display to the patient using the "Preferred display name" field. I hope that helps.
