I see that your calls are all on low definition due to the subscription plan you are on. We do currently offer up to 720p (HD) if the devices and network connections can support it. We are also investigating 1080p but are seeing that a lot of the phones, tablets, older computers, and wifi connections cannot support that much data and processing.
