Having 1 or 2 virtual backgrounds for therapists who use the FREE plan would be nice.

Blurring background

I can understand having fancier backgrounds being a premium feature, but I believe blurring a background should be a default feature. This protects the boundary of the provider as the patient should not necessarily always be able to see what is in the background of the provider's home. It could be a boundary issue and a safety issue.

When you advertise as free, this should include the ability to apply background effects. This is petty and I will pay a different provider if I can't utilize a filter which should be a basic feature.

When you advertise as FREE include basic functions like background effects. There are better ways to entice upgrades than to exploit the ability to navigate basic features.
