When a session has poor quality sound or the video is blurry or call gets interrupted, there is no way to report that during the session.

I want to be able to report a problem without having to further interrupt my session with a client by restarting the video or doing anything that is going to further interrupt out connection.

Good Afternoon! Have you tried the troubleshooting option located in the in-call settings? This article will walk you through it, but it is the least invasive means of trying to correct video problems.
Of course if problems persist, please reach out to our support team via email (support@doxy.me) or through the help button located on your dashboard. Hopefully they can identify exactly what is going on and help get that mitigated for you.
