Would be very helpful if we had the option of sending an automated message upon checking in, such as "Dr Smith will be with you shortly" to acknowledge their presence.

Purvi Patel: Many of our clients just edit their waiting room and leave a modal with a custom message from you stating whatever you'd like. Some like to state similar messages and add videos, pictures, etc to help them bide their time before you start the call.
