High Definition - I want an overide that allows me to restore high definition.
John Driessnack
I would like HD back again. Everything worked perfectly for me before this recent overhaul. I have fast internet, a great camera, and rarely had dropped calls. Now the quality of my video is significantly reduced on all calls even though just yesterday and in the previous days all was well and high definition. This is a serious reduction in quality.

Video quality is bad since new upgrade.

As many here have pointed out, the video quality is significantly worse in the upgrade, and there is no option to change streaming quality. I know that you can do so in the new version by pressing Command + 1, 2, 3, etc., but there is no difference. We need the "LD", "SD" and "HD" settings back.
Maybe the new upgrade is too much change at this time? I appreciate the attempt at a new design upgrade, but functionality is compromised, which is the most important factor in using a teletherapy app.

Telehealth/Call Quality (LD, SD, HD) tools seem to have disappeared. Not good.

My issues with V2 are much the same as others are having plus those noted in title. Please bring back all the old tools. Waiting room at all times Telehealth tools, and call quality control, and data trans rate when hovering over connection quality bar. Also can folks opt to use old version until some issues with new version are fixed?

The video has been very bad since the upgrade. The video quality of the person you see is terrible. It has been happening with all meetings since the upgrade. Very disappointed

Doxy tells me that both the client and I have good connections, but the client's video is blurry and there is an audio delay.

Amelia from doxy.me here. So sorry to hear that the video quality isn't as clear as it should be! My team and I are actively working on fixing this in the next week. Both you and your patients will notice significantly better video quality shortly.
In the meantime, please use Google Chrome as your browser and recommend that your patients do too. This browser tends to have the clearest video resolution.
