Clearly those who made these changes are NOT clinicians. Video view is terrible, much wider, which changes the experience for the client. No timer easily visible any more. Can't get to the apps that ARE downloaded into my portal. Please consider going back to the original, or having the option to. Am looking into other options as I'm also concerned about how much data you seem to be gathering about my clients.This is supposed to be confidential.

Hi Laura - I'm sorry to hear that the new doxy.me isn't working well for you and causing concern. That was not the intent and I want to do whatever I can to help address your feedback.
Your self-preview has been updated to show you exactly what your patient sees. That way there are no surprises (like a laundry basket) in the frame. But, my team and I are looking into other video aspect ratios to address the wide view.
The timer is another thing we are fixing - this week. A session timer that is easily visible is super important. Later this week, your timer will appear on all sessions in the upper right corner of your screen.
For your Apps, so sorry to hear that they aren't showing in your call! I'd love to help you with this. If you're willing to lend me five minutes of your time, I can fix this on a call. If that works, please schedule some time with me using this link:
Regarding your data-gathering concerns, doxy.me doesn't collect or save any patient data. The privacy of you and your clients is our top priority - we are proud to be HIPAA compliant.
