The software kept turning camera and microphone off for me and my client. It was a ruined session. Both of us showed all green bars on our connectivity. I liked the old format and do not like this new one. And now these problems are terrible.

When resuming calls, the video and audio of patients are automatically turned off. This causes a disrupt especially with older patients. The old format of doxy is so much better than this new one. Please revert back.
