Hello~ with two clients yesterday, at around 1 pm and then at 7:45 pm I could not process the fee. Both clients described the same issue - the fee payments screen popped up, and as they started entering their credit card number the screen disappeared.
This happened sporadically 3 weeks ago (week of Sept 9th), my last week working before my vacation of two weeks. As with yesterdays two instances, I asked the clients to sign off and sign back into Doxy. I did the same. Still, that didn't work. With my evening client, I asked twice, the second time I did not sign off, but still - same experience.
Can someone please look into this as our IT people cannot access Doxy to look at what might be the issue.
